"Great work/life balance. Good technology and a great social environment.The people are excellent and the offices are really nice.The technology is really good and interesting to work on. By far the biggest problem is in the director level. Old, inflexible and long term people who resist change and make life hard for those who want to change.These people are also responsible for much of the political infighting. Too bad too because if they would stop fighting and stop caring only for themselves."

"I have worked for Vision Sciences for 8 years. The company as a whole has great products but poor management. The Engineering staff is very complainant but not correctly unitized. There are about 70 people employed at VSI. Over the years the work environment as deteriorated and is not a good place to work. The company has never been profitable."

"They have a great vision for their primary product. If they can get everyone else on the bandwagon the company will break out and be a big company."

"understand that this company is like a 30 year old start up and is run like one. There are risks associated with a start up company."

What don't you like about working at Vision-Sciences?

"Their is no Mentor ship from the top. There is too much management and not enough workers."

"I would trim the management team director level a bit more."

"I was free to be creative and make improvements."

"To many changes without a positive result. New top management making the same mistakes as the previous management."
