"I would suggest that they prepare for a long recruiting process."
What don't you like about working at Virginia Community College?
"Our campus is new and the majority of the staff is brand new. We are not always on top of certain processes. However, the ramp up has been great, and we are working out all of the kinks."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep up the good work! The management team is very supportive."
