"I have worked for VinSolutions for four years. In that time a lot has changed, including the entire executive team. The current executive team does not appear to have the employees best interest in mind and make a lot of questionable decisions. They also tend to pamper themselves while eliminating employee benefits. Overall, the work place has become highly stressful and not overly rewarding. There are very few opportunities for moving up in the company."

"Moving up in technology has proven to be difficult, but may be part of the job itself. The company has grown tremendously within the last few years and feels very corporate and bloated. There are definite growing pains."

"Poor management of this department. Sexual harassment runs rampant by one supervisor. HR complaints get lost with no followup. Females beware. All other VinSolutions departments appear OK, but the marketing department was my personal nightmare."

"It's a good company to work for, we are constantly expanding and adding new positions. Benefits, vacation time, and holidays with pay. Things are constantly changing so you have to be able to adapt. The job is very demanding and you must juggle multiple projects and issues daily."

"I have been with the company for over two years, good company, but bad department. Stay away from implementation if you cannot handle bad leadership, poor process, and constant chaos from management and your clients."
