"President is awful. Exec team has no power. overall lack of talent, penny-wise pound foolish in very stupid ways, unsafe culture, lies, throws people under the bus, unethical with vendors, mistrust, nasty and awful to outside workers, arrogant, disorganized, not trustworthy, no creativity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"they need a new president, they need to create a safe working culture, this is the only way they will attract better talent. the marketing sucks and is ugly run by a bean counter and not a true marketing person, company mistreats people which is a reflection of themselves"

"The company culture is what I like about working at VRC. Every year there was an event for summer and the holidays"

"I would suggest to be ready to travel the world and see places from the view of a rivership."

"The location was a bit far from my home and the commute was bad, but I was able to work remotely from home about once a week and be very productive."
