What do you like about working at Vibrant Care Rehabilitation?

"The job itself is satisfying working with various disciplines and experienced staff. There are a number of different jobs to perform, which cuts down on the monotony. They offer great health and 401k benefits - some of thee best."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Expect to work long hours, but the patient interaction is worth it. They pay well if you're management, but average if you're basic staff. Be flexible on your work locations as they may ask you to drive to other clinics for patient coverage."

What don't you like about working at Vibrant Care Rehabilitation?

"The pay scale is average and the criteria for qualifying for bonuses is too stringent. Reimburseable expenses for marketing and travel takes too long (upwards of 8-12 weeks). Patient-load expectations are high. Support for staff is hand-cuffed by company's cheap approach (we have to make our prescription pads because we couldn't purchase more). They expect long hours and will cancel approved vacations/time-off due to staff shortages."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make bonuses attainable. Reimburse employees on time. Provide appropriate support staff if the clinic is busy enough to warrant it."
