"I dislike company and union disputes still not resolved. It is tough to manage union techs who are at odds with the company because there is still no contract. Change happens everyday and you can never get settled, and there are layoffs every quarter."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Simplify processes as much as possible. Too many systems and ways of doing things cause frustration to the customers. Senior leadership needs to listen more to the ideas of front line employees."
