"Beware of the unspoken dynamics of the company. Look at the turnover rate and evaluate the job growth statistics."

What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?

"Verizon was not concerned with ensuring that the needs and requests of employees were met. There were more situations where information was not conveyed to employees clearly or expeditiously, causing frustration and losses. As a company, Verizon did not care about the employee-employer relationship, but rather more about the bottom dollar and exceeding expectations. Unrealistic expectations were placed upon the individual employee and certain call centers disproportionately."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the morale of the employees by offering more ways of gaining necessary and desired training. Have more one-on-one development provided to access the areas in need of improvement in order to allow each employee to work at optimal levels. Assist employees with personal goals, both in the workplace and in career-based goals."
