"No procedures, processes or open communication between teams. Employees receive lower than average pay. Worker bees not respected."
"It's very difficult to work in such a high attrition environment."
"Toxic work environment. The It department relies heavily on offshore staff that have minimal technical skills and horrible spoken/written English skills. But that doesn't matter as the entire staff is also for over there and they don't bother speaking in English even with their America colleges. When this was brought to the supervisors attention he was 'outraged' that this would be an issue. Of course he is from abroad also."
