"Vanguard is a very interesting place to work but it can be very frustrating at times. Company rules and regulations are very stringent, such as no cell phones, no USB drives, no Internet access (although it is not restricted, it is monitored). There are no requirements for the software. QA is confined to black box functional testing and is not allowed to even have record layouts. It is impossible to get any changes made to improve processes or quality. Salaries are very low."
