"Stay motivated and don't get frustrated. This is a fast paced environment. Trust yourself and your training to show you the way. Stay focused and calm. Proceed with your day and keep 3 phrases in mind (attention to detail, sense of urgency, and professionalism)."

What don't you like about working at The Vanguard Group?

"Extremely long hrs. Most of the time I put in 12 hrs day and on call 24 hrs a day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would recommend spending more time with SOP and process development. This way everyone, including safety has definite guideline to abide by in all instances."
