"Overall, I had a terrific time working at Valueclick Media (and Fastclick before it). I was well-compensated for the second half of my time there. That said, things went pretty poorly towards the end, and many of the people I liked at VCM left within the next 18 months."

"The lack of transparency. The management should tell everyone what's going on and the priorities of the company as well as the processes."

"The company should provide more transparency when it comes to employees. There's not enough department crossover and communication between departments across the board."
