"working in unclean environment and being under paid. and the having to follow unclear rules."

"more control over the work which is being done. organize the workers and help them with work projects."

"My coworkers. Just enough money to cover my current bills and gas to and from work. Nothing else."

"Don't. Avoid at all costs. Unless you really need a job, and plan on still looking while you have this one, you don't need the problems off this job crushing you hopes and dreams."
What don't you like about working at Strack & Van Til?
"Everything. From rude customers, to even ruder management. They treat you as if you owe them something because they hired you. You Will get reprimanded and written up for everything possible. They will try to get you fired if they don't like you. The Union is a joke. You are paying them to basically screw yourself out of your own rights. And you must join in order to be hired."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire current management and replace with someone competent and who values human life more than the power he/she now has to bully people around. You work at a grocery store too, remember"
