"The personnel are treated like slaves. The management reminds me of the movie 'The Firm' with Tom Cruz. You either adapt and become part of the 'family' or lose your job. The advancement opportunities are limited to friends and cronies. It helps to grovel. The management also is discriminatory to older people. There is nothing you can do if you are already sick and twisted. Your 'Just in time inventory and 6S program is communist and resembles socialism and communism."

"Not much opportunity for advancement. Many positions are spoken for before they are listed, which is a disadvantage to many people."
