"I enjoy the travel and meeting new people. I have thoroughly enjoyed being overseas."

"This career promotes on how well you test and not by your job performance, personally I believe that makes our rank structure unfair and inadequate."

What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"They are extreme with micromanaging and contradict their own rules and regulations. They bend and break when it is convenient for leadership but buckle down on non essential things like having a chair to sit on during a twelve hour shift."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Care more about the well being of the people that work for me. They are concerned with image and only what outsiders think and not enough about the people who are doing the hard work for them."

"I suggest to be honest before signing a contract."

"I did not like deploying to the Middle East."

"I would suggest that management support their troops."
