"I'm being underpaid because my skills are not being properly utilized by the United States Navy. I was in a position that I was not allowed to move or transfer from. As a trained graphic designer and web developer, I should not have been a meteorologist. I wanted to transfer to a Mass Communications where I would be properly utilized, but there was no opportunity."

"I believe underpaid, because as a person of Reactor Control Division, we operate the reactor, civilian counterparts make twice that. We test the equipment which a person at a civilian plant doing the makes more. We train each other, one supervisor I had makes twice what I make just doing that as a civilian. So I feel I should be of equivalent pay as all my civilian counterparts."
