"The Navy still has problems with females and race. This felt like there were no opportunities for promotions after a certain pay grade."

"If I were running the show I would speak directly with the people who do the work, not the management."

"Once you sign, they own you... make sure you know what you're getting yourself into."

"Enitrely too many things than I care to actually type out."

"Treat people as if they were actually born with a brain... empower them instead of micromanaging them."
