"If you can't get in at another intelligence agency, DIA might be for you!"
What don't you like about working at Defense Intelligence Agency?
"No one understands the agency's role in the bigger picutre. Consquently, no one knows what to do or why they do what they do. There's little to no strategic management of the enterprise, and most of the energy expended at headquarters is on peripheral activities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Operations would be streamlined, an involuntary RIF, not to mention a complete shake-up of the workforce. Too many people are doing work that is not necessary."

"Satisfaction of serving my country and providing additional protection to American citizens."

"You must display advanced written and technical analysis and possess subject matter expertise on extremists with the Afghanistan and Iraqi theaters."

"The limited amount of promotion opportunities and additional working opportunities in New Orleans, LA."

"The advice I would give to someone interviewing for the Navy would be, Don't do it."

"The Navy still has problems with females and race. This felt like there were no opportunities for promotions after a certain pay grade."

"If I were running the show I would speak directly with the people who do the work, not the management."
