"It proves hard for family stability."

"To manage the personnel more frequently and to provide more opportunities for training."

"I served in the Army from 1999-2003 working in various technical positions during that time that set me up for transition to the civilian sector."

"Serving in the Army offered the ultimate job security, not to mention an unmatched benefits package. It was also a good source of gaining valuable technical and real life experience."

"Joining the Army is a commitment that will set you up for a successful future. I would recommend it to anyone coming out of high school that is unable to attend college or provide for themselves."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"I did not like the unpredictability of not knowing when and if we were going to be deployed overseas. Also it was a strain on family life due to the amount of training exercises we had during a calendar year."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There really are no suggestions I could provide for management because the Army is here to defend us and you have to prepare and be ready to do that."

"I like the job that I do for the US Army. I enjoy the places that I have been able to work at and the experiences that came along with being a member of the US Military."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"I do not like the time away from my family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Plan a regular work day better, do not wait until the last five minutes of the day to hand out the work load for that day."
