"Jobs pay what they pay. UPS made it very clear from day one what I could expect to be making now and what I will be making in the future. Allowing with the ease at which our retirement plan is set up, it leads to a very determined amount of money to expect. UPS does give opportunities to get certified in different parts of the building to make an extra dollar an hour, but it is all based on senority with the Teamsters Union, so they may not be readily available upon employment. Its very nice pay for what the job entails, and you will never not know how much you will be making in your future endeavors with the company."
