"I liked the people whom I worked with at UPS Logistics Technologies."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Hmm... if it's customer service branch, it's a breeze. If you know anything about computers (how to turn on your monitor), you're in. If it's product development, they have a few sharp guys there, Steve Simon (director) is a cool guy. You should be ok too."

What don't you like about working at UPS?

"I was promoted five times, promised a pay raise after every time, and lied to every time. I actually compiled a list that was a page long of all the things that are wrong with the company, but no one cared to listen, so I had to find another job. The CEO is racist, especially if you are Jewish or from another country."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The entire middle management is clueless. You guys can start by figuring out what the promotion process is. It's been 18 months since I raised the questions, and I bet you still don't know... pathetic."
