"I liked the people at UPS, and the company is world-wide. Also, you are taught to respect everyone's job, by spending time in each position for a day or two (once you are hired in management)."

"Be honest and be yourself."

What don't you like about working at UPS?

"There is a lot of pressure to maintain the #1 ranking in the delivery business. But, competition can be a good thing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since UPS is a decent place to work, I would like to see some of the more skilled positions paid better, at least more competitive with other companies."
