"I'm retired, and working for UPS was the best job I ever had and now wish I never left."

"UPS is a great company compared to many others."

What don't you like about working at UPS?

"I'm sorry I took the early retirement buyout in 2007. If I knew we were heading into a recession, I would have stayed a few more years. I got too small a pension based on leaving early and mainly gets eaten up by benefits cost."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Rehire former managerial employees in good standing or as consultants to help out."
