"Run!!! The history about working for UPS is good but no longer the reality. The company has taken away so many of the good perks and benefits for working at the company, that most degree-carrying persons are better off elsewhere, where there are more opportunities to grow and be developed."

"There is not enough job advancement opportunities to move up. You basically have to wait until someone dies or retires before there are any promotions."
