"Never liked the Office Politics, phony and pretentious. If you have something to say, say it. Don't beat around the bush."

"Step up, change, take responsibility, spend time fixing the problem and not finding blame."

The benefits are very competitive. However, there are no bonuses or merit-based raises. The only way to get a promotion is by securing more grants."
