"I have worked at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine mHealth Service for 6 years. Penn has provided ample opportunity for self-directed study through their tuition benefit. The benefits are very competitive. However, there are no bonuses or merit-based raises. The only way to get a promotion is by securing more grants."
