"I worked for UT for 5 years and the university itself was amazing. Benefits were great but working for state had its downfall in pay scale. The director of the Wic program was very biased. She never had the employees' side, only the managers and trainers. I guess that's why turnover rate stayed up. The ones who did stay around to work long periods were older and scared to seek employment elsewhere and just simply settled. I really enjoyed learning and helping all my clients."
