"I worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center for 8 years and it was the most experienced place to work for. I love the knowledge I gained by working there as a Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator. I would definitely recommend any one to pursue a opportunity there. MD Anderson is the best company to receive knowledge and experience in Clinical Research."

"Pros: Involvement in health science research. Cons: Culture of inaccurately placed blame. Culture of dishonesty by professor and lab management. Creation of a poor research plan by professor. Frequent racist remarks by employees and professor. Refusal of professor to provide a recommendation, resulting in unemployment after the end of my time of employment."

"I worked for UT for 5 years and the university itself was amazing. Benefits were great but working for state had its downfall in pay scale. The director of the Wic program was very biased. She never had the employees' side, only the managers and trainers. I guess that's why turnover rate stayed up. The ones who did stay around to work long periods were older and scared to seek employment elsewhere and just simply settled. I really enjoyed learning and helping all my clients."

"UTHealth is a great place to work and pay/benefits are stellar. As with any office, it has good and bad, but on the whole, it's a very good place to be."

"The company is a great and huge hospital which belongs to state government, but it is not good for data professions. Also, the supervisors are usually position sensitive which are not work oriented. For me, I don't think this environment is good for my future career, also the performance of employee is not evaluated by the real performance but more politics. Overall, if you want to have a slack life and get retired, this hospital is a wonderful place."
