"It was my distinct honor to be able to assist with the Bedlam Project. It was very educational and rewarding knowing that my work would directly assist those in need."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"OU-Tulsas vision is to build a nationally-recognized center of higher education excellence in select areas that emphasize strong campus-community partnerships and leverage the unique opportunities and needs in the Tulsa region. They take their vision seriously and for the people interested in working for them they will need to also have the community connection in mind. OU-Tulsa is and a true example of what all community leaders should strive to emulate."

What don't you like about working at University of Oklahoma?

"After the project was complete I would have enjoyed visiting each of the sites I remotely managed. However, due to time constraints, I was unable to do so. I worked with the IT staff, nursing and physician staff personnel via web conferences and telephone. It would have been nice to actually see everything on site when it was fully operational."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Send doughnuts! Lol or have recognition for the truly exceptional nursing and physician staff onsite at each location. They were outstanding and always willing to give the time necessary in their busy schedules to assist our teams during the entire project."
