4.5 I've worked in the Athletic Department for just over one year. I've found that although this is a job aimed for full-time students, it keeps me busy while still finding time for schoolwork. The hours are very flexible as again, this job is for students, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and enjoyable.

1.5 Working for OU IT was a terrible decision I made 2011, but I needed the money.I was paid slightly above minimum wage for the work of probably 5 to 6 systems administrators had to accomplish.They hired in house for full time employees, which often meant no experience or managing ability.
