4.4I worked for the University of Minnesota Medical School for one year. The University is an incredibly positive establishment to work for and my experience was an excellent opportunity for me to grow and learn in the field of curriculum development and e-learning. My supervisors were helpful in providing infinite resources of which I was able to use to help mold my own unique style of curriculum development as it relates to online delivery. I learned a great deal about curriculum in this position.
4.2Working as a research assistant is a tough and under compensated job. It is an exercise in delaying gratification. However, the work environment is hard to beat, the co workers are fun, and it is, by design, a temporary position. I would recommend the U of M to any graduate student for its excellent campus and resources available.
4.6I joined the research lab at UMD in September 2012. The research lab has a very friendly environment. The team has good work ethics. Very good team spirit (specially on once a month lab clean-up day). It has a peaceful environment to conduct research. All lab members obey set of rules and regulations for lab safety.
