"I went to school for my undergraduate degree and have worked for the U of M for over a year now and I have enjoyed it deeply. As an employee, the University offers excellent health care and benefits and though the salary may not be as competitive as industry, the benefits more than makeup for this. The community is also extremely inclusive and diverse."
