It can be very tough to get a more permanent position, and unfortunately many supervisors are dishonest and/or duplicitous. Much of the supervisor's efforts seem to be geared toward getting rid of candidates rather than grooming new permanent prospects. I recommend this job for good, easy income, but caution to watch yourself very carefully and be aware supervisors may not have your interests at heart."
