"My department was as political as it could get. The supervisor showed an unbelievable amount of preference to some employees and threatened other employees with termination should they not do what was asked. It was a very lopsided experience. The supervision in my department is by far the worst I've ever seen."

"Overhaul the department and get rid of the supervisor. She has no idea what she is doing or how to manage people."

"Make sure your high level managers have the proper educations and experience. Don't promote someone because of who they know and if they don't measure up to the position move them, don't just use them as pawns or yes people."
