"Nothing to say about this employer."
"I was a student in the University of Delaware, and during the time working as a part-time developer, I found myself gained a lot of knowledge, for example, the project I did was my first time connect with Back end server, my supervisor and my teammates are very kind to teach me and answer my questions where I don't understand. On the other hand, the working environment was really nice."
"I worked an internship for UD this past summer in the Civil Engineering Department. While at first, it was very lax, the workload increased dramatically when we needed to write two 30 page reports in 7 days. I enjoyed the opportunity to learn and put my education into practice, I just wish the time schedule had been a little better planned."
"I have worked at University of Delaware as a Teaching Assistant, Graduate Assistant and now as a research assistant. These experiences were great as the supervisors who are also professors are very flexible with the work as they know that students also have their coursework to concentrate on."
"I have worked at the University of Delaware Student Health Services for 14 years. I am a University nurse. It is the best nursing job I have ever had. The nurses there are a team, and we take excellent care of the students. The students are very friendly and respectful of the staff and each other. We offer them many services, with skilled doctors, nurses, and, nurse practitioners. Our administrative staff works hard to make sure we provide good health care, mental health, and healthy lifestyles to them. I am so blessed to have such a good job."
"Very good work environment. The University of Delaware is well located in the heart of the northeast coast. However the city lacks the necessary infrastructure."
"I am working as graduate Research assistant."
"As a graduate student, it was great to get funded at CCM. CCM has a great reputation in the engineering industry and is a nationwide leader when it comes to composites research and manufacturing."
"I have been a graduate researcher in the Chemical Engineering department at UD for 4 years. The people are great and I have a solid work-life balance. My advisor is very hands off (can be a good thing and a bad thing) but overall I have enjoyed my time."
"I appreciate my professor giving me a lot of opportunity to do research in medical tourism. I learned that the tourism make effort on developing new tourism market."
"There are many capable faculty and staff at UD, but several administrators are petty and vindictive. They focus on building turf, acquiring personal perks, and scoring political points. Self-interest, boorish/unethical behavior, poor treatment of staff, failure to recognize their own shortcomings as supervisors, and unbridled vanity often pass as leadership. No matter their academic degrees, some people are simply not good leaders. Unfortunately at UD, many sit at the highest levels."
"Really enjoyed working at UD."
"I've been working for a year. Enjoy the atmosphere here."
"It was a good on-campus job, I was learning to work for the first time in USA."
"I am entering my fifth-year at University of Delaware math Ph.D. program. My overall experience here is great. The department has a diverse area of math research and the professors are very easy-going and helpful. Also, my research experience is a great help for me to develop further in my math skills, programming skills as well as collaboration skills."
