"Management was great, but alittle understaffed."

"The extra benefits are the only thing that keep me here. The pay is crap and the office politics are mind numbing."

"Unless you know the office you're walking into, don't work here because the favoritism and office polictics will drive you out of your mind. That and they don't pay you enough for the stuff you deal with."

"Lack of respect for the employee. Even if you go to HR you're not safe to express yourself because everyone has someone in their pocket."

"They really need to focus on building employee morale and researching the feedback employees give on their reviews."

"The days off are the biggest benefits, along with health benefits."

"Avoid. There are other places that are better to work at."

"Management and leadership have serious problems and like to put blame on staff versus owning mistakes/decisions. You have to pay for parking."

"People are not robots. Respect them, treat them right and be loyal. Staff need to be able to rate supervisors."

"Give employees opportunities to grow and gain more responsibilities within"

"The company serves as an excellent business experience for college students starting their careers that need real world perspective and business understanding. The company is a bit slow in innovating and modernizing some operations and processes but they are slowly streamlining their services and operation."

"I joined Department of Pediatrics under the Division of Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow transplantation as an Assistant Professor / Lab Director. I managed a lab of Cellular Immunotherapy targeting allogenic BMT in humanized mouse model. I was supervising staff of 8 including research scientist, postdocs, PhD students and technicians. Overall good experience but no motivation for innovation perhaps due to funding issues."

"I worked for LAORA for 12 years. I one day realized my loyalty was one sided and we had to part ways. Upper management will only be nice to you if you agree with them and ask zero questions. in other words, do as your told, keep your head down, and ask no questions. I am the boss I have the power to make up some crazy excuse to fire you."

"I have a great relationship with the executive director and corporate director. We work well together."

"They need to be open to work hard and understand that accountability is the biggest requirement."

"No room for growth within our department. Also, there is no emphasis on employee retention."

"Although financial incentives are not an option at the moment, more emphasis should be placed on reward and recognition."
