"The company serves as an excellent business experience for college students starting their careers that need real world perspective and business understanding. The company is a bit slow in innovating and modernizing some operations and processes but they are slowly streamlining their services and operation."
"I joined Department of Pediatrics under the Division of Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow transplantation as an Assistant Professor / Lab Director. I managed a lab of Cellular Immunotherapy targeting allogenic BMT in humanized mouse model. I was supervising staff of 8 including research scientist, postdocs, PhD students and technicians. Overall good experience but no motivation for innovation perhaps due to funding issues."

Upper management will only be nice to you if you agree with them and ask zero questions. in other words, do as your told, keep your head down, and ask no questions.
