"I joined Department of Pediatrics under the Division of Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow transplantation as an Assistant Professor / Lab Director. I managed a lab of Cellular Immunotherapy targeting allogenic BMT in humanized mouse model. I was supervising staff of 8 including research scientist, postdocs, PhD students and technicians. Overall good experience but no motivation for innovation perhaps due to funding issues."

"I have worked in University of Miami since 2014 and always been enamored by this school with so many domestic and international connections. It is one of the top schools in Florida. I love the atmosphere of the Miller School of Medicine. When I was walking around the campus it just felt like to be at home. The school also cares deeply about their students, faculty, and patients.
