"come prepared to answer questions about the position and be ready to ask your own questions."

What don't you like about working at University of California?

"I really can't say anything negative about working at UCR. The budget problems and pay grade freezes come with the territory as does working for any public sector organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not sure what you mean here management for whom UCR There is not much you can do with public organizations. Unions can and do call strikes. Maybe it would be wise to negotiate and avoid strikes before certain groups unionize and make larger demands."
