"The overall environment is the most appealing aspect of the work. Being able to work with a group of people who value the input of all members of the research group, regardless of position or post, made for an open, progressive work space that helped propel the research and methodology forward while maintaining the consistency and accuracy the project demanded."

"The lack of funding available to employ researchers for a longer period of time. Issues with time sheets delaying payroll."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Possibly having payroll explain to employees that time sheet hours must reflect a time between 8 am to 5 pm instead of actual time worked"

"My boss was really supportive and understanding. They do have excellent benefits once you do go on board with them being a perm employee."

"A lot of the jobs are temp to hire and even when I worked hard, my Boss had no choice but to let me go since they were oing a budget cut. If that was the cae then they shouldn't have been hiring in the first place."
