"you will be expected to work long hours with little compensation. There is a lot of gossip in the office"

"Do not entertain the gossip around the office and spend more time ensuring that the ones who gossip are actually getting their jobs done!"

"There was very little opportunity for growth within the company in reference to obtaining management postions which were usually external appplicants."

"Continue to cater to your employees , and when you are able to assist with everyday job functions; your employees will respect you more for it."

"Management needs to be more focused on the quality of the work and not the quantity. Most mistakes are made when employees are making their number and not understanding the work at hand."

"At the end of my career with them they had moved us into the main office and changed alot of things around."

"The pay is alright and the ability to work a day or night shift. They will hire you with little to no experience."
What don't you like about working at Urban Lending Solutions?
"The company does not communicate with its employees about management structure, changes with the company, opportunities for growth, or management personel changes. They don't promote Team Leads from within, so often your direct 'boss is hired the same day you are and doesn't know any more than you do. The training is good and the pay is alright. However, the positions are almost all contractor - which makes the lack of communication more scary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have weekly meetings with the team. Communicate to all of us when someone is promoted. Tell us when a new location is opening. Offer Team Lead positions to everyone. When a manager is promoted, replace them."

"The building has a skunk smell for months now and no one has done anything about it. Chase also took away the bonus."
