What do you like about working at PennyMac?
"I am leaving as soon as I find a new job.There is not much to like, the management makes the employees work overtime even if they have nobody to watch their children and threaten them with losing their job even if they plead their case to them."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't waste your time, it's a bait and switch technique. This place is just being built-up to sell it to another big company soon."
What don't you like about working at PennyMac?
"Low quality management. Overworked and burned-out employees. Negative attitudes all over the place. Everyone is scared of losing their job. Everyone who works here got hired because they were friends with someone else at a previous company; the quality of employees has been getting worse."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire better management, not your friends. Underwriting department is tired of the non-working management who talk about what new muffler they'll add to their cars all day with each other."

"Co-workers, Work hours 7:00AM to 4:00 PM and the Parking."

"Look elsewhere. You will be miserable. Negotiate pay offer, you will never get a nice raise."

"They lie to their employees. There is no trust. No job security."

"Take a stand for your people. Don't lie and tell the truth."

"The only good thing about the company is that they offer medical, dental, and vision."

"Try and stay away from the company if you can."
What don't you like about working at KeyBanc Capital Markets?
"Run for your lives! They DON'T appreciate their employees! They may offer you a good salary, but it's a trick. You will never have see an increase as long as you are working there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Can't hold any good managers and they managers they have are micromanages."
