"The university does not provide competitive wages as comparable institutions. The academics are quite good but the social life leaves much to be desired for a public institution. Gym facilities are pathetic at best, and parking is a huge pain. The administration is excellent and communication is quite good on campus. There are many innovations happening here that are a pleasure to become a part of."

The job allows for a perfect balance for schoolwork, and the pay is some of the best student pay in the University. You need some skill to get in, however they do understand you're going to school to acquire these skills, and will gladly help you build them."
