"I was awarded the Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant by the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. My primary responsibilities include leading the labs, discussion and review sessions, helping students with homework and projects. "I have worked as a LAN Admin for the School of Medicine for 15 years. The experience is great but as a State employee we have faced pay cuts and furloughs in the past. Raises are also given by formula rather than actual merit, even though they are called merit increases."
