"Unless you want to work yourself to death with little compensation just for the prestige of working here, I'd look elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at UC San Francisco?

"PI's do not know how to be effective bosses - I've now had two. They don't compensate well and expect you to work 80hr weeks and not to take any vacation time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train PI's how to be better bosses. Pay postdoctoral researchers WAY better! Demand that bosses make their employees take vacations - 4-6 weeks/year."
