"Reward top performers and don't cap out their pay forcing them to go to the next job/pay grade. Or at least let the pay within the quartiles of the job be earned a percent that is deserved and not capped off until the maximum pay is reached."

"The fact that we are system administrators and deployment experts, but have been added to the level 1 support queue in the phone system, while still working a scheduled task list. Workload has quadrupled with no extra staff."

"Separation of certain task types among the technical support group teams instead of lumping them in for all personnel to handle."
