"I have worked for Tropical Texas Behavioral Health for 3 years and though I have received minimal encouragement from my supervisor I have never received official positive feedback through HR from any user whom I support though I am told daily that I am the best IT support ever. HR is over willing to take corrective action and bring it to my attention when there is an occasional unsatisfied customer or user. Once I move on I will never work for this company again."

"Flexibility is key, no one person has the same work advice you have to find your own way to meet all deadlines, sometimes that means stretching yourself when you shouldnt."
What don't you like about working at Tropical Texas Behavioral Health?
"Being scared of not meeting hours especially in our demjongraphic area where the poor is a target part of our clientele, sometimes they just do not keep appts because of phones that are disconnected, or constant moving."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"No punish employees so severely for missing thier client treatement hours."
