"I worked for TSYS for 8 months, but that time was enough for me to get an idea of the company. TSYS is a good place to work. The management can be seen and you can speak directly to them about your concerns. I worked at one of their call centers in the USA and we weren't that far from their main campus, so we had visits from some of the upper level managers. As this was a call center, the main thing that hindered us from completing our tasks was the number of calls we would receive in any given day."

I have nothing but great things to say about the company other than the compensation is poor and the ability to take on more responsibility and prove myself as a programmer is very limited.
