"I've worked for Total System Services since January 2012. This is a good company if you desired to learn new technologies."
"The commercial side of TCS is a great part of the company to work for, but corporate in Annapolis is rather out of touch with the realities of that business. They are more experienced in the Government/DoD side of the business, which leaves the commercial division feeling like the poor step child. There's a lot of politics in the Annapolis HQ, and they do not appear to be very productive. The Seattle and Aliso Viejo locations are the best offices to work in."
"Their test environment is poor. Too often people test real time. There is nothing more to say. Groups seem to work against each other."
"Family friendly company with high value for ethics and clean business practices. TSYS has been in business for over 30 years and has a very strong management that is rooted in sound business fundamentals."
"I appreciate TSYS for giving me opportunity to work with them."
"Good people but resistant to change. They are not really interested in cutting edge IT technologies. Lots of legacy work and tedious server configuration and T-SQL editing."
"It's a great company to work for."
"TSYS is the perfect example of what's wrong with the entire country. Poor pay, ridiculous performance levels before earning commissions and astronomical turnover in employees. Penny-wise, pound foolish management restrains the sales people from excelling and getting the long term pipeline of customers necessary to guarantee the business future. No long term planning and just "make a bunch of calls from the Sales Force" template. You are a temp the entire time you are an employee from the date of hire. Look elsewhere for a good job."
"TSYS has a decent company culture for a large corporation, but employees are friendly and pay is fair."
