What do you like about working at TruGreen?

"This was the worst company of my 32-year work history. TruGreen is not about the green of landscape, but instead about the green of the money coming in, because that is all that matters to them."

What don't you like about working at TruGreen?

"It was not bad before the company I worked for was bought by TruGreen, but once TruGreen took control, it became a matter of profit over everything else, and all of my clients suffered due to it. People did not matter to this company. Their value was only based on the dollars they bought in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop trying to manage the landscape department like you do ChemLawn. What works for one does not work for the other."
