"Trugreen was a great stepping stone for me to grow as a sales rep and learn the tools of being a good workplace manager. My last supervisor was a great leader and always gave me what I needed to be successful. The company was a few decades behind as far as technology and customer data which would sometimes hinder my ability to work proficiently. They also had a very poor customer retention due to high turnover in their service department."
