What do you like about working at Troy Group?

"I appreciate that I've been given such a wide range of lattitude and that I not only started off as a Payroll Rep and was promoted within one year to the Manager of Human Resources is quite an accomplishment. I also like that I was given the opportunity to relocate to another plant in order to be closer to the employees and become more impactful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Research the product(s) manufactured and sold and the lifespan of that market."

What don't you like about working at Troy Group?

"I dislike that there has been so much downsizing and change in staff that their is a clear challenge with moral. The plant is located in a very depressed area and employers live in fear of the next lay off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest less management by fear and to create more of a connection with staff."
